Beta Terms

Uncloude is a pre-release beta. Features may change, break, or be withdrawn, output may contain errors, and the service may be interrupted or unavailable. Do not rely on it as your only record of a process or as your only basis for a decision.

Uncloude is for adults using it for business purposes. By using it you confirm you are at least 18 and that you are authorized by your organization to submit the material you upload or paste, and to receive the resulting analysis.

Users must not submit classified information, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), export-controlled information, passwords or credentials, sensitive personal information, or restricted customer or government information. Uncloude is not approved or authorized for classified, CUI, or restricted government data, and we make no claim of any government authorization.

If you believe restricted material was submitted by mistake, email support@uncloude.ai promptly and describe the affected report without attaching the material itself.

Uncloude combines AI-assisted analysis with application-enforced evidence and calculation rules. Not every number or conclusion is produced by a model: the application derives values deterministically from the evidence in your document and suppresses claims it cannot support. Even so, the output can be incomplete, wrong, or inapplicable to your situation.

You are responsible for independent human review before acting on any output. We do not promise accuracy, cost savings, return on investment, regulatory compliance, or that the analysis replaces professional, legal, contracting, or engineering judgment.

You keep ownership of everything you submit. You grant Locend Group LLC a limited, non-exclusive permission to store, process, and transmit your material to external service providers strictly as necessary to operate the service and produce your analysis. We do not claim ownership of your documents, and we do not sell your content, advertise with it, or use it to train models.

Do not attempt to break, overload, probe, or circumvent the service or its usage limits; do not upload material you are not authorized to upload, or material that infringes someone else's rights; do not use the service to break the law or to build a competing model or dataset from its output.

We may suspend or end beta access at any time, including for the reasons above or when the beta ends. You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account and data at support@uncloude.ai.

Our Privacy Policy describes what we collect, who processes it, and how long it is kept. Delete individual reports from your history at any time, or email support@uncloude.ai for account and data deletion.

The beta is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the extent the law allows, Locend Group LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from your use of the beta.

Under review by the operator and counsel, and intentionally not stated here: governing law and venue, any monetary liability cap, indemnification, dispute-resolution method (arbitration and class-action waiver are a separate decision and are not imposed by these terms), and any promise regarding rights in AI output.

We will publish a new version and date at the top of this page when these terms change, and we may ask you to accept the updated version before running new analyses.
